Once the Booking Form & payment has been received this will be acknowledged to you by telephone, text or email. A written receipt will be issued & given to you on the day of the Fair. If a receipt is required in advance then please send a stamped addressed envelope with your booking. Please note that once Merlin Fairs has confirmed receipt of your Booking Form & Payment, the Terms & Conditions will apply.
Cancellation of stalls within 14 days of the Fair taking place will be liable for the full cost of the stall (at the organisers discretion)
If for any reason a stall is left unoccupied by the time the Fair opens and there has been no contact from the stallholder to the organiser, payment for that stall will be forfeited.
Though the Village Hall provides cover for Public Liability, this is limited to any injury occurring as a result of any member of the public eg.tripping over a loose floor tile & hurting themselves. The Hall is not liable for any member of the public who may injure or hurt themselves on the goods you are offering for sale. Merlin Fairs does not cover you for such eventualities & will not be held liable in such circumstances. We therefore strongly advise you to carry your own Public Liability cover.
Your contact details are not sold on to any third parties though we may pass such information on to a customer who wishes to contact you with respect to a purchase they have made from you or with the view of making a purchase from you. Such permission is taken as automatic and implied consent is assumed as part of the conditions of booking a stall with the organiser, unless specifically notified to the contrary in writing at the time the stall is booked.
Stallholders are requested not to pack up before 3.40pm for the Antique Fairs and not before 2.45pm for the Book & Ephemera Fairs as this gives a poor impression to the public & you could miss out on a sale!
